International Conference Dealing with tensions, crises and war in accordance with international law and humanitarian principles
Dr. Javier Rincón, Director of the Military Law Observatory, will participate in the International Conference organized by this Study Center together with the International Society of Military Law and Law of War, whose central theme will be the management of tensions, crises and wars in accordance with International Law and Humanitarian Principles. This event will take place from October 26 to 30 of this year in Aix-en-Provence (France).
