Prof. Dr. Javier Gustavo
Rincón Salcedo Ph.D

Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá, Magister and Doctor in Public Law from the University of Poitiers – France. He is currently Director of the Military Law Observatory and associate professor at the Faculty of Legal Sciences. In turn, his teaching activity has been carried out in other national and international universities such as the Institute of Political Studies in Paris and the University of Poitiers in France. Likewise, since 2014 he has been a co-judge of the First Section of the Honorable Administrative Court of Cundinamarca, practices law and works as an advisor to public and private entities.

 Prof. Dra. Min. María 
Elizabeth Rocha Ph.D

Trained in Law and specialist in Constitutional Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of the State of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas), with a Master's degree from the Portuguese Catholic University, Doctorate in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and post doctorate from the Classical University of Lisbon . She currently holds the position of magistrate of the Supreme Military Court of Brazil, being the first and only woman to access this Court and to have presided over it.

Prof. Dr. José Felix
 Palomino Manchego Ph.D

Doctor from the University of Santiago de Compostela. Professor at different universities, among which the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos and the Universidad de Lima stand out. External advisor to the Constitutional Court and member of associations such as the Peruvian Association of Criminal Law, the Callao Bar Association and the Peruvian Association of Constitutional Law.

Prof. Dr. Pedro  Tomás
Nevado  Batalla Ph.D

Professor of the Department of Administrative-Financial Law and Director of the Research Center for Global Governance at the University of Salamanca, although his teaching activity has also been carried out in official non-university centers (National Institute of Public Administration, Police School of Castilla and León…), as well as in foreign university centers, as a visiting professor, in different Ibero-American countries as well as external evaluator of the University of Sheffield.

Prof. Dr. Carlos Andrés
Uribe Piedrahita Ph.D

Lawyer from the Bolivarian University, specialist in Finance and doctor in European Law from the University of Salamanca. He currently serves as Director of the Department of Economic Law of the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and as an associate professor of the same, in the areas of Economic Law and Competition Law, he is Director of the master's program in Economic Law of the Javeriana University and editor of the Vniversitas Magazine of the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the same university.

Prof.Dra. Fernanda de
Carvalho Lage Ph.D

Trained in Law, specialist in Law and Tax Procedure, Magister in Social and Cultural Rights from the University Center of Sao Paulo (UNISAL) and Doctor in Law, State and Constitution from the University of Brasilia. She currently works as a lawyer, is a professor at the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público – IDP, professor at the Law School of the University of Brasilia and a researcher in Law and Artificial Intelligence at the same institution. In 2016 he published the book Democracy, freedom and human rights: The theoretical postulates of Amartya Sen. 1st Edition. Chia Publisher, Lisbon, Portugal.

Dr. Andres
Atahualpa Pérez MG

Andrés Atahualpa Pérez has a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a law degree from Universidad del País Vasco. He is a specialist in Commercial Law and Insurance Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He holds a Master's Degree in Administration of Educational Institutions and a Master's Degree in Educational Technology from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He is currently a student of the Doctorate in Strategic Studies, Security and Defense at the Escuela Superior de Guerra "General Rafael Reyes Prieto" in Bogotá. He has experience in commercial law, educational law and innovation and is currently the Director of the Law Department of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.


Agustín Miguel
Lago Montúfar

Doctorando en Ciencias Jurídicas, abogado con énfasis en derecho empresarial y politólogo con énfasis en asuntos políticos internacionales de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Diplomado en derecho inmobiliario, pliegos tipo, Derecho laboral y Derecho económico internacional. Estudiante de la Maestría en Derecho Administrativo de la Universidad Javeriana. Ha sido abogado de Osman y Rodríguez Abogados y actualmente es abogado junior de Meana Green Maura & Co, desempeñándose en temas de derecho administrativo, derecho tributario, y seguros. Es coordinador del Observatorio de Derecho Militar de la misma Universidad.

Daniela Toro Parra

Abogada de la Pontifica Universidad Javeriana con énfasis en Derecho Comercial Internacional y Derecho de Daños, Diplomada en Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo, Contratación Estatal y Derecho Disciplinario. Actualmente se desempeña como Abogada Junior en temas de Derecho Público, Derecho Marítimo, Seguros y Reaseguros.
